I’ve spent my career working across government, creative, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces. The consistent thread throughout my work has been a calling to bring clarity, creativity, renewal, and forward movement to people and systems that matter.Today, I partner with founders and organizations during moments of growth, transition, or reinvention — helping translate vision into clear strategy, compelling story, and beautifully executed pathways forward. I’m drawn to complex environments where leadership must be steady, people-centered, and purpose-driven — where strategy, creativity, and integrity work together to produce real results.Professionally, I’ve led large-scale revitalization and redevelopment efforts, stewarded significant public resources, built coalitions across competing interests, and helped move long-stalled projects forward in under-resourced communities. I’ve also led and partnered on creative initiatives — including cinematic storytelling, video production, and live experiences — that elevate under-told stories, strengthen trust, and drive momentum when narrative clarity and execution matter most.I’m especially known for helping teams see bigger than their original vision — then bringing that expanded vision to life with consistency, excellence, and impact across story, experience, and expression.My leadership style blends calm authority with collaboration, creativity, and strong vision.    Leading a nonprofit media ministry using film and story-led experiences to elevate under-told voices, foster healing, and make hope visible. I oversee vision, partnerships, and story-driven campaigns that extend the impact of our film and TV projects beyond the screen. We also work in our local community to help others uncover the power of their personal stories as forces for good.
