With more than two decades of experience in national communications and public affairs, Martha Gautier brings deep expertise in strategic planning, project management, and integrated marketing to ADELE. As associate director, she oversees operational strategy and staff and vendor resourcing, ensuring the firm continues to deliver exceptional results and meaningful impact to all client initiatives.In addition, Martha is a talent manager with Maritime Artists, one of the fastest-growing talent management companies (based out of Los Angeles), where she helps actors across the U.S. grow their careers. Her passion began Fall 2024 when she started managing her teen son\'s acting career. Decades of experience in communications coupled with her entertainment industry connections made for a natural transition to guiding a growing roster of talent. Martha served as vice president at Palladian Partners, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health. She previously spent 15 years at Ketchum Public Relations, leading award-winning national campaigns for government and corporate clients across diverse audiences.Martha’s work has earned numerous honors, including PRSA Silver Anvil, SABRE, MarCom, and AVA Digital Awards for excellence in strategic communications. She is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned a degree in political science.In her spare time, Martha engages in philanthropic work supporting public school teachers and their classrooms, including writing grants and serving on School Advisory Councils (SACs). Martha currently serves on the City of Tallahassee Animal Services Citizens Board and as Fundraising Chair and Board Member for the Chiles Performing Arts Boosters.
