During my tenure, I have successfully raised trust and respect between union employees and management by introducing bi-monthly meetings with the union stewards and executive team to address concerns and identify areas of improvement.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & RESULTS: Earned recognition as “Most Improved Distribution Center” in 2017 by increasing safety and compliance rating by more than 4% in just six months. Formalized safety and compliance protocols and fostered a safety-focused work environment. Addressed invoice delays, updated financial tracking systems, developed new focus on forecasting and metrics tracking. Launched a backhaul program recognized for exceeding budget and forecast 8% in 6 months.
