At Hertility we\'re on a mission to transform women’s health, from menstruation through menopause, by giving every woman the tools and support she needs to take control of her reproductive health.I support daily operations and customer service to ensure a smooth end-to-end fulfilment journey, including‬ coordinating with our lab partners, managing stock and maintaining compliance with CQC and ISO standards.‬‭I also assist the finance team with invoicing and collaborate with the tech team to enhance operational efficiency and‬ customer satisfaction, contributing to an ever-improving service for our customers.
