In October of 2018, Martha Valenzuela became part of the Modern Times, Inc.(MTI) team. MTI specializes in offering consulting services for both private and public sector projects, with a particular focus on the design, development, implementation, and coordination of community programs. These programs encompass initiatives such as Minority, Women, Disadvantaged, and Small Business Programs, Local/Targeted Hiring, and Community Relations efforts. MTI distinguishes itself by providing innovative solutions and dynamic strategies to help businesses nationwide thrive. They achieve this by crafting and implementing scalable systems and customized tools designed to align with their clients\' objectives.Before joining MTI, Martha held the position of Senior Manager of Certification at the Women\'s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Prior to her tenure at WBENC, Martha served as Senior Manager of Operations at B2Gnow. With more than five years of hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing the B2Gnow system, Martha excelled as a project and program manager. Her expertise in certification and compliance played a crucial role in successfully introducing the software to numerous public and private sector agencies across the United States.Martha possesses adept leadership skills in project management, having led teams and organizations in forging new partnerships, expanding existing programs, and crafting and executing innovative initiatives. Furthermore, her extensive background in management consulting and operations equips her to drive change management and deliver growth-oriented business strategies in diverse sectors, including the public, private, and non-profit realms.Martha is also a dedicated advocate for the advancement of women, minorities, disadvantaged individuals, small businesses, disabled veterans, and LGBT-owned enterprises.
