As a leader in the local, state, and national Realtor associations for the past 30-years, her focus has been on increasing learning opportunities for the Realtor and enhancing the Real Estate transaction experience for the consumer.Both as a Broker/Owner and Managing Broker, Martha has implemented targeted, strategic recruiting and exceptional retention strategies to not only develop the Realtors in her office but to consistently exceed production goals. As past Chair and President of the Miami Association of Realtors, a Director of the Florida Association of Realtors, a 2014 National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy graduate, and the only Hispanic Education Director for the American Real Estate University, Martha is a serious student of the business of Real Estate.
