Delivery ownership of battery electric vehicle (BEV) powertrain projects, including cross-functional stakeholder management (application parts, EDU and HV battery teams) and acting as key interface between Vehicle engineering & Programme teams- Ensure clear alignment on system targets, programme requirements and other key programme deliverables, prioritizing quality, cost and timescales as appropriate- Manage planning, co-ordination, delivery and reporting to support the project using Product Development System principles- Ensure all project deliverables and requirements are monitored, delivered and reported on time at each gateway and organise & lead appropriate interim review events- Plan for and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to maximize likelihood of project success, escalating upwards where necessary- Monitor performance and lead/facilitate or escalate problem resolution on all programme aspects of content delivery, including virtual build, physical build and launch support- Track and support engineering parts releases to enable prototype and production builds to be delivered on time.
