Establishes strong relationships with clients, carriers, vendors, and partners. Assist clients regarding their renewal, including enrollment meetings, distributing forms and materials, and answering rate and benefit contract questions. Develops benefit guides and presentations. Provides support concerning complex service issues, claims issues, billing, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage issues. Also answers questions regarding plan interpretation and compliance. Follows up with clients, and other team members assigned to the account, on action plans to ensure decisions are implemented, contracts prepared, and appropriate parties are notified. Attends/leads client touch base meetings.And other duties.
