About Martha Meguerian

A recent graduate of Columbia\'s Organizational Psychology Master\'s program, I\'m a Director at L’Oréal on the people experience team. Recently I was part of PepsiCo’s talent management and organizational development (“TMOD”) team where I managed learning, leadership development, and assessment programs across PepsiCo’s global groups and functions. I am a certified Hogan coach, able to provide interpretation and feedback on the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and Motives Values Preferences Inventory.I have prior experience in program management on PVH’s corporate responsibility team, where I served as lead project manager for high impact projects including the creation and publication of PVH’s new CR strategy, the annual CR reporting process, quarterly Board of directors presentations and ongoing programmatic communications and events. I also have experience in client services in advertising. I am enthusiastic, a problem solver, and have strong communication and relationship building skills. I thrive in a positive, open, and collaborative environment.
