Responsible for the clinical monitoring, coordination, and implementation of the program in accordance with state and TJC standards.Develops individualized, person-centered treatment plans for clients that include measurable and time-limited goals and objectives, expressing the strengths, needs, goals, and preferences of the client in their own language.Conducts follow-up therapy sessions that align with the goals and objectives outlined in the treatment plan.Completes assessments in a timely manner to obtain admission baselines and reassesses according to company standards.Reviews treatment plans according to company standards.Acts as the mental health liaison between nursing and operations staff for assigned caseloads.Provides one-on-one intervention and follow-up for clients struggling with substance abuse.Offers input to facility administration regarding treatment responses and progress reports for clients on a regularly scheduled basis.Monitors all psychiatric/psychological clinical services provided for assigned caseloads.Tracks and documents treatment responses of clients in their caseload.Ensures complete, accurate, and timely entries are made for each client contact.Performs biopsychosocial assessments, evaluates the mental health status of clients, and conducts follow-ups in a timely manner.Ensures that standards of care align with NCTRC/ACA or accepted psychological standards.Serves as a member of the Quality Assurance Committee or sub-committees and assists in establishing Quality Assurance standards and audit criteria, demonstrating a commitment to applying the company\'s Quality Assurance standards.Develops and conducts in-service education programs in accordance with the annual in-service calendar.
