I lead Meta Business Partner marketing in EMEA to drive client adoption of Meta and partner products. My core responsibilities include GTM for new products, internal and external sales enablement, channel marketing, and building programs to scale product adoption. I\'m experienced working with partners at scale and 1:1 engagements, leading co-marketing negotiations with our most strategic partners. I\'m experienced in building XFN teams, collaborating with engineering, managing senior stakeholders, and role scoping and hiring. Environmental sustainability I\'m passionate about sustainability and how technology can help businesses transform their practices. I currently lead a sustainability task force committed to transforming Meta\'s marketing practices. I led the development of a team vision & mission, articulation of business objectives and deliverables, and securing VP-level alignment. I shipped the first ever Green Marketing Guide that audits the emissions of Meta\'s marketing activities and educates teams on industry-leading sustainability best practices. I\'ve completed the Climate Fresk training and Ad Net Zero Essentials certification by the IPA for more sustainable marketing.
