Provides professional budget analysis in preparation of the agency\'s annual executive and legislative branch budget request by compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting a wide array of financial information, ensuring accuracy of complex interrelational financial databases, and preparing schedules and reports to communicate financial information, both internally and externally. Responsible for the development of the Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) investment plan narrative and compilation of budget figures for this plan. Monitors and calculates statewide impacts to Division costs, provides reconciliation of spending authority and other accounts of funds and analyzes all legislation impacting the agency for the preparation and submission of fiscal note responses. Additional responsibilities include compiling and reporting information to the Wildlife Commission and other agencies outside the Division.
