My role focus on the training roll-out of Sedex’s New SMETA audit methodology. SMETA is the most widely used social audit methodology in the world. In recent months Sedex has been rebuilding the foundations of SMETA to increase the consistency of audits. The newly built methodology must be trained to SMETA auditors, Sedex members, and staff for a successful launch.
