Organized, hardworking and reliable person with good communication and project management skills. Being CIPD qualified, gaining a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Economics, build upon my theoretical knowledge and analytical skills to support 9 years of HR experience. Working for World Duty Free (previously Alpha Retail) I have supported the transition process within the global merge of 3 separate entities and have gained practical skills, knowledge and experience in working to set corporate standards, aligning the Terms and Conditions of Employment and providing advice to 13 Airports across the UK and Ireland. On a day to day basis I work closely with the Retail Teams on reducing sporadic absence, dealing with investigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, ensuring consistency and fairness in outcomes, training and coaching line managers in performance management whilst maintaining high office standards.
