Ensure that the project Quality Plan is developed and implemented including but not limited to identifying potential constraints and mitigation plans- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify gaps and areas of improvement, defining quality objectives and KPIs for both sites- Review customer requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness- Support customers by going to their sites and collaborating on investigations and improvement opportunities as well as hosting customer audits- Ensure Customer Quality and Product Agreements are implemented from new product development through the lifecycle of the product- Guide different sites teams through the assessment and development of Advanced Product Quality Planning- Support daily operations through NCMR, Change Controls, Customer Complaints, Supplier Quality, Customer Audits, Internal Audits, CAPA process, etc- Write and execute equipment/process validations.
