Supervision of daily operations and checking that the work is carried out safely, on time and following the right quality standards by solving problems encountered on site during a construction project. I am intermediary between Marine Interiors project manager’s teamand the various contractors in charge of different areas. I interact with Fincantieri and the Owner Supply who gives the final approval to the job.• Supervision of the activities of the assembly/contracting companies as indicated in the specification reference technique.• Supports the PM team in compiling the material arrival schedule.• Coordination with the PM team on the technical evolution of the project and ensuring congruity between all technical documentation and materials received and installed.• Identify and evaluate requests for extra-contractual interventions (Rdl, extra companies, extra Marine interiors) with the support of the Site Manager and the PM.• Weekly manage the % progress of the activities useful for the recognition of the SAL and the drafting of the required programmatic documentation.• Manage the entire construction, preparation,authorisation and delivery cycle (including management remarks) to the Shipping Company and Fincantieri of the assigned areas.• Check on-board installations and carry out surveys and measurements where/if necessary.• Support the management of construction site logistics, managing the daily flow of useful material to the realization of the assigned areas.• Support the PM in the detection and management of Non-Conformities.
