The role involves assisting students in meeting the requirements of a complex range of assignments, delivering teaching, assessing clients educational needs, identifying areas for potential improvement, promoting high levels of student performance and independence through focus on progression, retention and achievement, motivating students to realize their abilities and ambitions. The ultimate aim is to empower students to develop skills and awareness needed for successful learning and living.
