Scored and provided constructive feedback regarding the technical requirements for specific challenge categories. Team members ranged in ages from 6-18.Team Manager - Served as Team Manager and Scrum Master to mentor a team of 6 middle school-age boys and girls from different schools for the annual “Destination ImagiNation” tournament season. Assisted these children to effectively communicate, negotiate, prioritize, and collaborate to prepare for the tournament challenge without interfering in their decision process. I taught them how to establish the project plan and timeline, manage a burn down list, weekly sprints, and the budget to produce deliverables for the tournaments in the Spring and Summer of 2014.
