ABOUT MARTA ABREU
I recently completed my master\'s degree in international journalism, culminating years of yearning to report on international subjects I am utterly interested in investigative reporting (including digital open-source), humanitarian and environmental journalism, politics and institutions, finance. pretty much anything that fascinates me, especially if it surprises me I love to dive deep into stories, and while I mostly favour written journalism, I also enjoy audio and visual formats. I have experience with podcasting and information visualisation In my undergraduate degree, I studied Communication Sciences, where I had the pleasure to nerd out on Semiotics, Philosophy and Sociology of Communication, Image Theory, and other disciplines that have pleasantly exacerbated my overthinking tendency 🧠
