Avec plus de trois décennies d\'expérience dans le soutien aux marques, je me concentre actuellement sur la création de partenariats stratégiques en tant que Client Partner chez Globant. Mon rôle consiste à répondre aux besoins des clients en alignant leurs objectifs commerciaux avec les capacités et solutions numériques de Globant, tout en facilitant des transformations digitales durables et innovantes. Nous le faisons par la créativité incessante sur les produits digitaux mais aussi en nous réinventant en permanence. Notre dernière réinvention, le IA Pods, est un modèle unique et inédit d\'abonnement à des services IT. Le changement s\'accélère, et ma passion est de l\'accompagner en observant chaque fois comment les équipes se réorganisent, et comment elles apprennent collectivement.
