By day I work in Employer Branding, by night I\'m a restauranteur. All day, I convince people that working in a Tobacco industry or the Oil and Gas industry is not always about what the company does, but about who you are and your reasons to choose who you want to be. If I tell you that a company is more sustainable or is going to change the world, will you join? That\'s my role in a nutshell. At night, I work to transform our family business into the digital age. It\'s a Chinese restaurant based in Chichester. Adding websites, online ordering, social media marketing and working on EPOS systems, I can build a community that works me and our family.
