After completing my own cancer treatment, I found fulfillment working with patients coming in for treatment in the Proton Radiation Department. Since then, - people have benefited through empathetic relationship building. It has been incredibly rewarding to connect with patients and see the results of my interaction during this critical time in their lives first-hand.As a Leader and Mentor, I furnish patients with a written list of information weekly. I also completed a sample case study on Loma Linda Hospital based on many long, one-on-one conversations with cancer patients about what they valued and most hoped for in treatment.
