Marshalynn serves as the Director of Community Business. She is tasked with designing and implementing financial solutions that set up emerging businesses for effective growth, development and sustainability. Partnering closely with the Corporate Responsibility Group, specifically Community Development Banking, as well as our Regional Presidents, Marshalynn will ensure that our goal of financial wellness for all business clients is achievable today and into the future.She began her banking career with PNC 36 years ago. Over the years she garnered expertise in many different roles within the Retail Distribution/Branch Network, including Site Director for the Customer Care Center, in the branch environment she held positions including Sales & Client Experience Manager and Regional Manager for the Detroit/Toledo Market.Marshalynn received a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She was selected to attend Consumer Bankers Association (CBA) Executive Banking School at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina and graduated in August 2017. Marshalynn serves on the executive board of The Baldwin Center, a non-profit organization that supports the community of Pontiac, Michigan, and surrounding neighborhoods.
