Ironpeak is a unique network of more than independent P&C Agents, working with many of the top national, regional, and specialty Carrier-Partners. Ironpeak has reached over $3billion in total written premium with these partners. As a regional manager, I offer knowledge and assistance to increase agency revenue, profits, and value. Ironpeak offers easy and direct access to select Carrier-Partners with little or no premium commitment. The regional manager also acts as liaison, advocate, and most importantly trusted advisor to the Iornpeak member agents. I offer competitive commissions, profit sharing, and bonus opportunities that agencies might not otherwise obtain. My value proposition offers more than just market access but also consulting services that include, but may not be limited to, strategic guidance on operations, profitability enhancements, agency acquisitions, and perpetuation management.
