ABOUT MARSHALL FRIEZE

I am a highly successful Managing Director (and previously a Sales Leader) with over 20 years of experience in the telecoms industry. Working in telecommunications since the peak of retail in the mid-1990s, when I was appointed Store Manager of Phones 4u at the flagship store on Commercial Street in Leeds. Having progressed through the company to Area Sales Manager, I joined what was then One2One and was part of the team that managed the integration after the acquisition of The Pocket Phone Shop in June After One2One became part of the T-Mobile family, I was an integral part of the successful T-Mobile Business Partner Programme.Having my own business was always a dream and in 2003 I launched Pioneer Communication Solutions, quickly becoming recognised for delivering a high-quality service for clients and importantly creating very high retention levels. Pioneer quickly became a key player nationally and became Vodafone Gold Partner of the Year in 2011. The following year, Pioneer’s base was acquired by Olive Communications, one of Vodafone’s Strategic Partners. Having worked in several other senior roles since 2012, the opportunity arose to return to the industry and in Summer 2016, The One Solution was born.Get in touch if you require any telecoms support, or advice.
