WHAT DREW ME TO A CAREER IN OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT AND IT PRODUCT OWNERSHIP?Having been raised in the automotive industry, my father harnessed an intense work ethic where he believed that: one earns immense satisfaction from setting - and reaching - important goals, and \"debt\" and \"loan\" are words not part of his vocabulary.He also taught me: hard work. As a result, you gain (1) self-worth and (2) a certain admiration and appreciation from others. You do it for yourself … AND you benefit from their appreciation. creativity: My family\'s auto parts store did a lot of business with farmers. If a tractor - valued at $70K - was broken, … he nurtured my problem-solving side.
