Staff positions: Director of Operations, Director of Administration, Director of Programs, Director of Development, Various Program managers.• Held responsibility for Because People Matter total finances of $1.5 million, consisting of cash, gifts in kind, volunteer hours served, business partnerships, and grants/foundations.• Empowered positive relations among Because People Matter and key city stakeholders such as city police, business owners, etc, by creating and securing the first “Good Neighbor Agreement” contract.• Conceptualized marketing strategies to build the organization’s impact potential and ensured optimal execution across media platforms. • Effectively developed and implemented annual strategic plans.• Oversaw transformation of organization rom BridgeTown, Inc. to Because People Matter.
