As a senior executive leader and board director, I have a track record of leadership in public companies, private equity platforms, and growth-stage ventures to scale operations, reshape capital strategies, and deliver results at critical times. I’m trusted by boards and CEOs to lead at moments of inflection—whether preparing for IPO, navigating restructuring, or executing transformational growth.I’ve led IPOs, spin-offs, capital raises, restructurings, and cross-border M&A, consistently aligning strategic finance with operational execution. I bring fluency across sectors—from energy and renewables to life sciences—and thrive in environments that demand discipline, innovation, and speed.I most recently served as CFO and Co-Corporate Secretary of Vast Energy, a Nasdaq-listed renewable energy company commercializing concentrated solar power (CSP) systems. I helped lead the company through a complex public market transition and led finance, accounting, compliance, and systems infrastructure supporting growth.Prior roles include CFO of a privately held offshore E&P company, and CFO and Corporate Secretary for Blackstone’s Guidon Energy and its affiliates. Earlier, I led the $10B IPO and spin-off of California Resources Corporation from Occidental Petroleum, served as CFO of Ultra Petroleum, and began in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets.I’m NACD Directorship Certified and recognized as a subject matter expert in corporate governance.
