ABOUT MARSHALL PRADO
Marshall Prado is an Assistant Professor of Design and Structural Technology at the University of Tennessee and doctoral candidate at the Institute of Computational Design at the University of Stuttgart. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from North Carolina State University and advanced degrees as a Master of Architecture and a Master of Design Studies in Technology from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Marshall has previously taught at the University of Stuttgart and University of Hawaii and has been an invited studio critic at the University of Pennsylvania, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Michigan and the Wentworth Institute of Technology. He has led several workshops on computational design and fabrication techniques. His current research interests include the integration of computation and fabrication techniques into lightweight material systems and spatial design strategies.
