About Marshall McGoff
I hold a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry along with 9 years of hands-on lab experience in a mix of industrial and academic settings. I have operated and maintained several HPLCs in a biotech research environment with a Sciex 5600 (QTOF) and a Sciex 4500 triple quad interfaced to a robotic autosampler (LS1) for an SPE-MS workflow. I am experienced with method development for various common HPLC modes (IEX, RP, SEC, affinity capture) and LCMS development on the QTOF for intact workflows.I am an experienced user with Empower, Chemstation, Analyst, Sciex analysis programs (peakview, multiquant), and LCMS software from ProteinMetrics (intact, byonic) and have been responsible for training other users in the company on each as well as interfacing with the respective vendors to resolve issues and explore new features. I have also been tasked with authoring SOPs, maintaining lab supplies in lab, and coordinating with vendors for both service visits as well as negotiating reduced pricing based on ordering habits.
