Having earned a collaborative Masters degree in Capacity Development and International Development, Marshall learned to apply practical tools for stakeholder engagement, organizational development and building learning organizations. Marshall also completed a post-graduate diploma in International Business Management, where he acquired valuable skills in the areas of; accounting and finance, contract management, marketing, business development and human resource management.
