ABOUT MARSHALL DISNER
After serving as an Administrative Law Judge for 10 years, eight of which presiding over Unemployment Hearings, Attorney Marshall Disner has dedicated his practice to litigating on behalf of Claimants seeking Unemployment Compensation in the state of Michigan. Recently, many of the people he is working with are entitled to unemployment benefits but are instead being improperly accused of fraud by the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency (UIA). They are being assessed unconscionable penalties of over 400% and Attorney Disner is working towards eliminating or reducing these penalties to more realistic and reasonable levels. In addition to his career of advocating for the unemployed, Attorney Disner has over 47 years of experience in litigation, including trials in various State and Federal Courts in Michigan spanning criminal, civil, eminent domain and administrative hearings. Marshall has also represented Michigan Highway Department as a Special Assistant Attorney General and litigated on behalf of the state in the condemnation of properties along M-59 and elsewhere in the state.
