Led the implementation of a lean daily management system across an 8 hospital system that included over 300 departments that required the training of over employees.• Responsible for the creation of a lean methodology road map, lean tool kit, reporting mechanisms, and operational excellence fiscal year operating plan.• Managed a team of over 10 coaches including engineers and former clinicians spread across multiple medical centers and cities.• Designed and created a framework for chartering and executing lean kaizen events used in the optimization of multiple EDs, inpatient units and perioperative areas.• Facilitated the creation of hospital leadership huddles in multiple facilities designed to proactively pull problems from front end staff and coordinate network QI efforts through the use of a balanced scorecard.• Partnered with senior hospital leadership to create learning opportunities to build lean capability throughout the health network.
