About Marshal Willet
I have been working for Swagelok for over 10 years with many engineering and leadership positions to support our manufacturing strategy. Over the course of my first 6 years, I worked more on technical positions to support continuous improvement and process developments for manufacturing at multiple sites in the Cleveland area. I made a decision in 2022 to leave my tooling applications engineering role to pursue leadership aspirations with the Company, specifically in manufacturing. Over the past 4 years I have supported operations in our Fittings Service Group as a production supervisor for exotic alloy made-to-order manufacturing. In October of 2025, I am now leading our engineering team in the Raw Material group. Our primary focus is on providing quality material and tooling support to the rest of the organization.
