About Marsha Indych

As a commercial litigator, I think of myself first and foremost as a problem-solver. I work with clients to understand their needs and then devise strategies to help them best achieve their legal and business goals. That includes anticipating problems, working in an efficient manner, and offering practical, business-oriented advice. I focus on complex business disputes and litigate and arbitrate in jurisdictions throughout the United States for both domestic and international clients. I represent clients from a broad array of industries, including the health care, fintech/financial services, media, technology, and energy industries. I defend leading businesses against consumer protection-based claims. I have successfully defended dozens of Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) actions, including class actions, individual actions, arbitrations and prelitigation disputes in jurisdictions across the country. My practice includes helping clients navigate evolving — and sometimes conflicting — standards for TCPA compliance. I regularly contribute to the TCPA Blog, providing analysis about recent developments regarding the statute.I represent financial services companies in securities arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). I also have significant experience defending businesses in New York’s federal and state courts and routinely appear before the New York State Commercial Division.I am admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
