ABOUT MARSA MERKLE-ANAGNOSTIS
My focus is bringing value to both my partners and clients. We explore how to strategically improve, strengthen or move pieces around internally to have stronger outcomes financially and within overall employee engagement. I love to partner with like minded professionals whose goal is to always do what’s best for the client. The last 25 years of my career have been spent in various areas of the Human Capital Management Space. My roles have span from Raising Assets and Client Management in the Hedge Fund world, helping clients design and implement 401k plans, ASO & PEO. I recently left Paychex after 19 years and came over to isolved to continue my journey in empowering companies to enhance culture and productivity with a people first HCM solutionI live locally in Dallas with my husband Andrew and little man, George. We also have furry family members we love dearly-Moose, Bear, Tito and Mimi. My husband works for the DA’s office heading up Organized Crime and George is going into 9th grade at First Baptist Academy. We are a big sports family, love to explore what\'s new in Dallas and surrounding areas, travel when we can and my personal passion is gardening.I love meeting new people and would love to talk!
