Additionally, serve on campus, off-campus, and statewide committees to establish policies and procedures related to higher education and educational equity. The Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP) was created in 1976 to help more students meet the requirements to go to college, especially students who are the first in their families to go to college or who are considered socioeconomically disadvantaged.
