ABOUT COPEY MARQUIS RICE
My name is Copey \"Marquis\" Rice, and I am a marketing and project management professional with nonprofit experience. I am currently a Veterans Intern at The Posse Foundation, a national organization that identifies, recruits, and trains diverse leaders who can transform institutions and communities. As a Posse scholar, I have the opportunity to gain valuable insights and make a meaningful impact in the world of nonprofit organizations. I work on various projects, events, and programs that support the Posse Veterans Team and the mission of the foundation. I have over three years of experience in marketing and project management roles, where I have applied my skills in networking, data analysis, strategy development, and social media. I have co-managed and designed marketing campaigns, implemented customer funnels, executed entry plans, led talent acquisition processes, and streamlined logistics and strategy. I have also served for eight years in the United States Army, where I managed primary marketing research, formulated campaign strategies, and oversaw global logistics for 72 performances. I am passionate about creating and delivering value to customers, partners, and communities, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
