   Develop and implement project cost control for all Plant Scherer Capital Projects. Projects include Coal Combustion Residuals Water Management ($260M) and Dry Bottom Ash Management ($250M). Selected Contributions: • Lead cost effort for cost tracking, forecasting, risk and change control processes across the Capital Portfolio. This includes detailed monitoring and analysis of project forecast, actuals and cash flows. • Lead the monthly accrual process across the Capital Portfolio. Accrual include Engineering, Procurement and Construction reviews of invoices received not yet paid and services rendered not yet invoiced. Lead meetings with Project Management Team to ensure process is done accurately. • Participate in Contractor commercial bid evaluations. Evaluations include quantity analysis, labor wage rate and equipment rates analysis, schedule review and scope of work exception and clarification reviews.
