I like fixing problems that feel messy, confusing, or too slow.Right now I work in Amazon’s LEO organization, focused on business transformation and operational excellence. In plain terms: I help teams see how their work actually flows, find the friction, and design better ways of doing things—so people aren’t fighting the process just to get basic work done.Before Amazon, I spent years in logistics, operations, and project management across the U.S. Air Force and the private sector (including PACCAR Parts). That mix of military structure, real-world constraints, and corporate complexity shaped how I work today: listen first, get the facts, make the work visible, and then solve the right problem—not just the loudest one.I’m especially interested in: • Turning ambiguous, cross-functional “this is broken” pain points into clear, solvable problems • Using data and AI in ways that are actually practical for operators, not just pretty in a slide deck • Helping teams build habits and routines so improvements stick after the project is “done”I’m a USAF veteran and hold an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics / Supply Chain from Syracuse University.
