Experienced in Design-Build and Design Bid Build project delivery for Department of Defense to include US Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC, US Air Force, and US Army. I have extensive scheduling experience to ensure that subcontractors maintain the project schedule and are properly coordinated. I have success in cultivating working relationships with the clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to build a productive team in order to achieve the project goals. Lastly, my technical knowledge, experience, and flexibility allow me to respond effectively and quickly to resolve problems especially when matters need immediate attention.
