I am a strong believer in servant leadership. I am a high energy professional. I have 23 years of professional experience including Retail Sales, General Management in small and large organizations, Training and Development, Strategy, Retail/Sales Operations, Information Technology and Data Analytics. I formerly was an Operations Analyst with Verizon and I loved the field of work. It allowed me to take on new challenges everyday and made me think out of the box. I have worked in many different areas of the Wireless industry from Retail Sales, Retail Management, B2B, Retail Systems Support, and Retail Sales Operations. My education comes from my time in the United States Air Force where I served as an Information Technology Manager. Currently I am working as System and Network Administrator at Integris IT. I work with several departments handling ticket escalations, network and system issues, infrastructure design and working with security vendors to harden our clients network/systems.
