   I am the head of Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar, within Information Security Leading a team to ensure compliance and to mature the GRC Program in its entirety • Reporting Directly to the VP of Information Security • Lead the effort to ensure compliance with PCI 4.0 • Stand up a GRC tool to track our Compliance Programs • Create Risk Registers for all Business Units • Use those Risk Registers to create KRI/KPIs and report risk to leadership so they can make risk based decisions about prioritization • Review and assess all current Security Tools and determine best Tools going forward • Serving as a Risk Framework Expert. Tasked with ensuring that our policies and procedures align with our Risk Appetite. • Build the Information Security program around the CIS Risk framework, to assess and measure risk, as well as the ISO 27001 framework, for Information Security Standards. • Mature the Security Awareness Program • Review and Update KRIs and KPIs • Assist in transitioning the NOC to a SOC • Assist in all hires, to complete the Information Security team, reporting to the VP • Mentor and Lead the team of Information Security Analysts that report to me
