I’m a delivery and program management leader with 10+ years of experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex initiatives across consumer technology, healthcare, travel, and federal sectors.Throughout my career I’ve focused on turning strategy into execution by helping engineering and product teams deliver high-impact initiatives in a predictable, transparent way.
