I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of sports, business, and representation.I walked on in college, earned my scholarship, and finished with a master\'s degree. That experience taught me early that outcomes are built, not given. It\'s a mindset I\'ve carried into everything since.I spent years at CAA as the Co-Head of Combat Sports, where I helped build the division and worked on some of the most complex negotiations in the space — including deals that became the subject of Harvard Business School case studies. Before that, I worked in Global Partnerships at UFC.I\'ve also had an unconventional path that includes national television — The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire — which gave me a firsthand perspective on what talent actually experiences on the other side of representation.Now I\'m pursuing my NFLPA Contract Advisor certification, focused on the mechanics of football contracts and the collective bargaining framework that shapes them.I care about doing this work with integrity and building things that last.
