Project management, leading initiatives associated with revenue generation, innovation, and DEI/DI & B goals – Work cross-functionally with key business and editorial leaders to develop and roll out monetizable initiatives to market, gather feedback, implement solutions, remove bottlenecks and gain efficiencies.(Via interdepartmental account strategy planning). – Key teams I partner with: Product Ops, Pricing, Editorial, Sales, Affiliate, Branded, and more! – Developing and reporting on the metrics/scorecards to evaluate efficiency and productivity across the business org (ie, OKRs) including tentpole and quarterly performance reviews, revenue trends, etc. – Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into business across all core functions; sales, account management, creative, ad operations, research and marketing – Designing/restructuring scalable, efficient, and effective internal workflows and communication processes, leveraging automation whenever possible – Assess client/sales revenue trends, editorial plans, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into consistent recommendations for the leadership team – Evaluate new tools and automation potential for business operations and audit existing tools to monitor productivity (e.g. internal AI-powered bots, external software programs, etc.) – Perform ad hoc analysis - both quantitative & qualitative - for senior management to provide data support for business decisions – Active ERG member contributing to planning and discussions. I leverage the many roles I\'ve held at BuzzFeed to foster communications between ERG members and leadership for effective relationship-building and solution-based discussion. ERG groups: Complex BLK, BuzzFeed BIO, and Womxn of the West.
