ABOUT MAROUA MEHRI
Dr. Maroua Mehri is an AI researcher and engineer specializing in computer vision. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of La Rochelle in 2015 and her Habilitation to Conduct Research (HDR) in Computer Systems Engineering from the National Engineering School of Sfax (ENIS) in 2024.She has served as an Assistant Professor at the National Engineering School of Sousse (ENISo) since 2017 and as a guest lecturer at the University of Lorraine (IDMC) in 2021–2022. Between 2022 and 2024, she worked as an AI Research Scientist at Epsidy, and since October 2025, she has been an R&D Engineer at Telendo.Her research focuses on AI-driven systems for segmentation, detection, and recognition across multimodal data (images, videos, and signals). She is a member of the LATIS laboratory, co-inventor of two patents, and author of over 45 scientific publications.
