ABOUT MARO BADER

I am a German Master of Science in Computer Science with multiple 15+ years of work experience within Roche and other international companies in department/project leadership, software development, agile methodologies, and peoples management.I was fortunate to work in interesting and challenging jobs, where I could gain valuable experiences. These stations helped me sharpen my professional profile and develop personal values and skills: • Communication and Teamwork: I enjoy working in a team and was always able to contribute with my communication skills to a successful outcome of our joint efforts. I have no problems adapting quickly to my opposite speakers. This comes in handy when trying to bring forward process or cultural changes in a project. • Cosmopolitanism: I am used to living in foreign countries and have always integrated myself as fast as possible by being open to new surroundings, people and cultures. This is also my mentality at work, which helps me to fit in fast in new teams. • Leadership: Leading first of all means to me a continuous process of self-awareness, authenticity, honesty and a good perception of my surroundings. Understanding this allows me to put myself into the service of others and lead by example. • Agile Software Methodologies: I am highly experienced working with agile software methodologies such as Scrum. I have a deep understanding of the concepts and contributed in all my work stations to benefit from the advantages of this working mode. • Curiosity and Continuous Training: I am always seeking a way to stay up to the challenges of my current work, by remaining curious in learning new things every day and regularly performing training and education that bring me further.
