ABOUT MARNI BARON HAMBERG

I am an experienced brand marketer with a passion for coaching others. My goal is to help ambitious professionals shape their strengths and experiences into a powerful personal brand. I excel at helping people navigate career changes (as I did many times in the past), find purpose in their work, manage more effectively, and level-up their skills to reach heightened success.Before coaching professionally, I was the Senior Brand Manager for Budweiser where I was responsible for the development of creative campaigns and digital content, as well as the delivery of the brand\'s multi-million dollar media spend. I have extensive experience managing large, diverse, and cross-functional teams, from internal stakeholders to external agency partners. Prior to brand management, I worked as a recruiter across various business functions and as a consultant supporting Human Resources teams. I also serve as a volunteer coach with the non-profit organization, StreetWise Partners.My style is direct but understanding. I like to keep my business relationships fairly casual and conversational. I text with clients as challenges come up but also keep a tight agenda of items to get to during formal sessions.
