I support the development and delivery of group-wide sustainability initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive progress on environmental goals across global operations. My role involves managing climate and sustainability reporting timelines, preparing disclosures such as SECR and CDP, conducting due diligence and risk assessments as well as product sustainability projects, including material use, lifecycle impact, and supply chain considerations.I first joined Focusrite in 2024, where I supported the design of the Net Zero Transition Plan, contributed to the company’s inaugural CDP submission, and conducted product carbon footprint analysis. I returned in 2025 to continue advancing the Group’s sustainability strategy.
